Yet another recall by Rolls-Royce But it's a special one

Could you believe that Rolls Royce has faced airbag issues on their single car and they have issued recall?

Rolls-Royce

An authentic media source has reported on Wednesday that Rolls Royce has issued a recall over problematic airbags. It was a special recall in terms of quantity of vehicles recalled, because there is only one vehicle has received a recall. It is not about one model, but just one car.

Who is endanger?

You do not need to be worried about the recall because this recall has affected only one car, rather than a group of cars or a model range. It is a Rolls Royce Ghost II.

Who owns this car?

Most interesting thing of this recall is that the Ghost II, belongs to the owner based in North America and the car has not yet delivered to the owner. It is still with the RollsRoyce Company.

How they recalled it then?

The fault was noticed during the safety check when Rolls Royce was about to deliver the car to its owner. The safety engineers had found that one of the airbags installed in the car was labelled wrong, so they issued a recall there and then.

How costly the car was?

Yes indeed, this kind of safety checks can be expected only when you pay around 300,000 dollars for the car. It is not the Rolls Royce only who have issued recall for a single car, but a 2002 Porsche 911 Carrera received a single car recall, followed by a 2013 Koenigsegg Agera. The Agera was recalled on a tyre pressure warning light issue.
